Hello! I'm AJ Pope, a UX Design Lead!

I specialize in complex digital challenges that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Over 10 years in agency environments, I've led enterprise-scale redesigns, UX strategy and analysis, built component systems that balance flexibility with consistency, and mentored design teams on accessible design and creating designs for a various Content Management Systems.

I've spent my career moving fast across diverse projects, but I'm now open to invest deeply in a single organization's evolution. I'm seeking a remote position where data-driven UX thinking, accessible design, and forward-thinking creativity can make long-term impact.
